Full-time Join the Growth of Secret Burger Kitchen Secret Burger Kitchen is growing — and we're looking for a Restaurant General Manager to lead our newest location in Renton. SBK is an emerging smash burger concept that has built a strong following on social media and is now expanding to location #4 . This isn't a traditional corporate restaurant GM role. You'll have the opportunity to open and lead a new location, build your team, help shape the culture, and grow alongside a young QSR brand that's just getting started. We're looking for a hands-on leader who loves fast-paced restaurants, developing people, building strong systems, and running a great operation. What You'll Do As General Manager, you'll own the daily execution and performance of the restaurant while developing a strong, accountable team. Lead daily restaurant operations and keep the store running at a high level Hire, interview, onboard, train, and develop team members Build schedules and ensure appropriate staffing for business demand Lead the team through busy lunch and dinner periods while maintaining speed, quality, and hospitality Manage inventory, ordering, receiving, stock levels, and waste Monitor sales, labor, food cost, ticket times, and other key restaurant metrics Maintain high standards for food quality, cleanliness, organization, and food safety Manage POS/kiosk operations, cash controls, and daily reconciliation Coach employees and develop future shift leaders and managers Create a positive, high-energy culture where expectations are clear and people enjoy coming to work Support local marketing and community initiatives to grow awareness of the Renton location Partner with SBK leadership as we continue developing and expanding the brand Who We're Looking For We're especially interested in people who have led teams in high-volume quick-service, fast-casual, restaurant, hospitality, or retail environments.

Our ideal candidate has:

2+ years of restaurant, QSR, fast-casual, hospitality, or retail leadership experience Experience managing and developing a team Strong organization and follow-through Experience with scheduling, inventory, POS systems, and cash handling Understanding of restaurant metrics such as sales, labor, food cost, and waste Ability to remain calm and lead during high-volume periods Strong communication and coaching skills A hands-on leadership style — you're comfortable being on the floor with your team An ownership mindset and desire to grow with the business Restaurant General Manager experience is preferred, but strong Assistant General Managers and experienced Restaurant Managers ready for their next step are encouraged to apply.
