Responsibilities Lead, coach, and develop a diverse team through effective hiring, training, performance management, and ongoing mentorship. Oversee all daily restaurant operations, including food preparation, production, and service execution. Ensure exceptional customer service and a welcoming dining experience for every guest. Manage inventory levels, food ordering, and product usage to minimize waste and maximize profitability. Utilize POS systems, including Aloha or Micros, for accurate order processing, cash handling, and reporting. Maintain strict adherence to food safety, sanitation, and health department regulations. Develop and implement training programs focused on operational excellence, guest satisfaction, and food safety standards. Create and manage employee schedules to ensure appropriate staffing levels and efficient operations. Address customer concerns professionally and promptly to maintain high guest satisfaction. Monitor restaurant performance and conduct regular operational reviews to ensure compliance with company standards. Manage labor, food, and operating costs while supporting financial goals and profitability targets. Requirements Proven leadership experience within the quick-service, fast-food, or restaurant industry. Previous General Manager, Assistant General Manager, or multi-unit leadership experience preferred. Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, food preparation, and kitchen management. Experience using POS systems such as Aloha or Micros. Demonstrated ability to recruit, train, motivate, and retain high-performing teams. Solid understanding of food safety, sanitation standards, and regulatory compliance. Experience with inventory management, food cost controls, and labor management. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Strong customer service mindset with a focus on creating positive guest experiences.
