Job Description

Windy City Pie is looking for an experienced leader who can support and rally our team to make every service a success.

You'll be walking into a restaurant with historically low turnover on both front and back of house, and a team that gels and is ready to thrive with the right leadership and support.

This is a hands-on leadership position, not a desk job. We're looking for someone who can lead by example, set the pace, give clear direction, and take ownership of a busy restaurant service.

We're looking for someone who can read the whole restaurant, support the team in the moment, and think strategically about how to make future services run better.

We're looking for someone with substantial professional kitchen experience, strong leadership instincts, and the ability to see the big picture while staying involved in the details. We can teach you our food and systems; you should already know how to run a busy kitchen and bring out the best in your team.
Compensation:
$80-90k depending on experience.

Quarterly and annual performance bonusesHealth insurance with premiums covered at 75%About Windy City PieWe're an independent Seattle pizzeria making Chicago pizza with an obsessive amount of attention paid to the food and how we operate.

We're heading into a period of business growth and operational development, and there's real room for the right person to take ownership, improve how we work, and grow with the business.

To apply, tell us about the busiest restaurant kitchen you've worked in, the stations you worked, and your management or shift-lead experience.

We re much more interested in what you've actually done in restaurants than a generic cover letter.
