$70,000•85,000 per year (DOE) No-Li Brewhouse is seeking an experienced hospitality leader to oversee Front of House operations across our Beer Campus•Bier Hall, Main Pub, and Riverside Beer Garden. As one of the Pacific Northwest's most award-winning craft breweries, we're passionate about delivering exceptional beer, outstanding hospitality, and memorable guest experiences. Our Front of House team consists of 20-30 team members depending on the season, and we're looking for a leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, develops great people, and takes pride in building an exceptional guest experience. The Role The Front of House Manager is responsible for the daily operation of the No-Li Bier Campus, ensuring outstanding hospitality, efficient operations, and a positive, accountable team culture. This position oversees all aspects of Front of House operations, including: Leading and supervising daily service across all guest-facing areas Hiring, training, coaching, and developing Front of House team members Scheduling staff and managing labor efficiently Maintaining high standards of hospitality, cleanliness, and operational execution Managing guest experience and resolving concerns professionally Coordinating floor staffing, customer flow, and facility readiness Collaborating with Kitchen leadership to ensure seamless communication between Front and Back of House Supporting promotions, special events, and strategic initiatives Creating a culture of accountability, teamwork, professionalism, and continuous improvement We're looking for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset who identifies opportunities for improvement, takes ownership of challenges, and has the persistence to see projects and initiatives through to completion. Desired Qualifications 3-5+ years of restaurant, hospitality, retail, or beverage management experience Education in Hospitality, Business, Management, or a related field is a plus Strong leadership, coaching, and employee development skills Excellent organizational, communication, and time management abilities High attention to detail and commitment to operational excellence Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment Strong written and verbal communication skills A positive, team-oriented attitude with exceptional people skills Leadership Expectations The ideal candidate: Leads by example and builds a culture centered around hospitality, accountability, and teamwork Exercises sound judgment and confidently makes day-to-day operational decisions Coaches and develops employees through consistent training, feedback, and accountability Proactively identifies challenges and implements effective solutions Serves as the communication bridge between Front of House and Back of House teams Maintains high standards of cleanliness, safety, and guest service Remains calm, organized, and decisive during busy service periods Demonstrates excellent multitasking skills and strong situational awareness Is energetic, approachable, professional, and guest-focused Is available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays Success in This Role Success is measured by: Delivering an exceptional guest experience Building and retaining a high-performing Front of House team Maintaining consistent service and operational standards Efficient staffing and labor management Successful execution of promotions, events, and daily operations Creating a clean, safe, welcoming, and professional environment for both guests and employees Physical Requirements While performing the duties of this position, the employee should be able to stand for extended periods, bend, kneel, reach, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds with assistance. •We will contact you if we are interested in moving forward.•
