Position OverviewThe General Manager will be responsible for two core areas:
Sales and Vendor Management Recruiting and supporting food cart tenants.
Bar Operations Overseeing the daily management of our bar, staff, and events.
This is a sales-driven and community-facing role. You ll be the go-to person for day-to-day operations, team leadership, tenant relations, event planning, and social media engagement.
Key ResponsibilitiesFood Cart & Vendor RelationsProactively recruit and secure new food cart tenants to fill all open spaces.
Maintain strong relationships with current food cart partners.
Conduct regular check-ins to assess business health, gather feedback, and communicate concerns to ownership.
Bar OperationsOversee daily operations of the taphouse and ensure smooth service.
Manage inventory, ordering, POS system, and track sales performance.
Lead staff scheduling, hiring, and management (bartenders, cleaning crew).Manage marketing and community engagement initiativesOrganize and promote weekly and special eventsQualifications3+ years of experience in hospitality: bar management, or vendor relations.
Proven leadership and team management skills.
Sales-driven with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Comfortable with social media marketing and event coordination.
Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities.
Familiarity with POS systems, basic bookkeeping, and scheduling tools.
