OverviewJoin our dynamic team as a Front of House Restaurant Manager at an iconic restaurant in the Vashon community!
Lead the guest experience with energy, enthusiasm, and exceptional hospitality. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily restaurant operations, manage staff, ensure top-tier customer service, and maintain a vibrant, welcoming atmosphere.

ResponsibilitiesLead and supervise front-of-house staff to deliver outstanding customer service and maintain high standards of hospitality.
Oversee shift management, ensuring efficient table turnover, timely service, and adherence to safety protocols.
Manage Toast POS systems.
Coordinate food and beverage service operations, including bar management, catering events, and banquet setups when applicable.
Conduct staff training sessions focused on food handling, food safety, customer service excellence, and operational procedures.
Work with the chef and bar manager to control inventory levels for front-of-house supplies and assist with food production oversight to ensure quality standards are met.
Handle customer inquiries or complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction and foster positive relationships.
Assist in budgeting activities, cost control measures, and maintaining compliance with health regulations.
ExperienceManagement experience in a high volume, fine casual restaurant environment with a focus on front-of-house operations.
A background in hospitality management, including supervising teams in casual dining or fine dining settings.
Familiarity with POS systemsStrong background in food service management with knowledge of food preparation, food safety standards, and kitchen operations.
Experience in staff training & development, interviewing candidates, and team leadership within the food industry.
Ability to manage shift schedules effectively while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Previous hotel or catering experience is a plus; culinary or barista experience can be beneficial for versatile leadership.
