Job Description
Front of House Manager Loopys is looking for an energetic, dependable, and hospitality-minded Front of House Manager to help lead our front-of-house team and create an exceptional experience for every guest. The Front of House Manager plays a key role in the day-to-day operation of the business—leading staff, maintaining high service standards, supporting guests, and making sure the restaurant runs smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities Lead and supervise front-of-house staff during daily operations Create a welcoming, friendly, and high-energy atmosphere for guests Train, coach, and motivate team members to provide excellent service Manage staff scheduling and help ensure appropriate coverage Oversee opening and closing procedures Monitor guest satisfaction and resolve customer concerns professionally Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation throughout the front-of-house areas Communicate effectively with kitchen and management teams to keep operations running smoothly Help manage reservations, seating, wait times, and overall guest flow Ensure company policies, service standards, and safety procedures are followed Assist with inventory, cash handling, and other operational duties as needed Lead by example and step in wherever the team needs support Help create a positive team culture where employees enjoy coming to work What We're Looking For Previous restaurant, hospitality, or supervisory experience preferred Strong leadership and communication skills Positive, outgoing personality with a genuine passion for hospitality Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Reliable, organized, and able to multitask Comfortable holding team members accountable while maintaining a positive work environment Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Must be willing to jump in and work alongside the team when necessary What We Offer Competitive pay Opportunities for growth and advancement A fun, fast-paced work environment A supportive team atmosphere The opportunity to play a key role in the success and culture of Loopys If you're a natural leader who loves people, thrives in a busy environment, and takes pride in creating a great guest experience, we'd love to meet you!
