Job Description

Overview We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Front of House Manager to lead our guest experience at our vibrant hospitality establishment. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily front desk operations, ensure exceptional guest services, and foster a welcoming atmosphere that reflects our commitment to hospitality excellence. Your leadership will inspire your team to deliver memorable experiences, promote guest satisfaction, and uphold the highest standards of service across all touchpoints. Responsibilities Supervise front desk staff, ensuring smooth check-in and check-out processes while maintaining a warm, professional demeanor. Coordinate guest services to address inquiries, special requests, and resolve issues promptly and effectively. Manage reservations, room allocations, and billing procedures with accuracy and efficiency. Foster a positive environment by training team members in customer service excellence, multilingual communication, and hospitality best practices. Oversee guest relations efforts to enhance satisfaction levels, gather feedback, and implement continuous improvements. Collaborate with other departments such as housekeeping and maintenance to ensure seamless operations within the resort or hotel setting. Maintain detailed records of guest interactions, complaints, and resolutions to support quality assurance initiatives. Qualifications Proven experience in hotel or resort front desk operations with a strong background in customer service and guest relations. Multilingual or bilingual skills are highly desirable to serve diverse clientele effectively. Previous leadership experience in hospitality or a related field is preferred. Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle guest inquiries professionally and proactively. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing reservations, billing, and documentation. Knowledge of front desk software systems and reservation management tools is advantageous. A passion for hospitality, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment are essential. Pay:
$14.00 - $17.00 per hour
