What You'll Do as a

Restaurant Shift Manager:

Run the Shift

• Lead day-to-day operations including opening/closing, food prep, and quality control. Team Support
• Train and coach crew members to meet performance and service standards. Guest Satisfaction
• Deliver a friendly, fast, and accurate experience for every customer. Compliance & Cleanliness
• Maintain food safety, sanitation, and QSR brand standards. Problem Solving
• Handle guest concerns and resolve operational issues on the spot. Administrative Duties
• Complete shift reports, track attendance, and support labor planning.
