Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Restaurant Manager to lead our dynamic hospitality team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, food quality, and staff performance. Duties Manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including food preparation, kitchen management, and front-of-house service Supervise and train staff members to ensure excellent customer service and adherence to food safety standards Oversee inventory control, ordering supplies, and managing food production to minimize waste and optimize profitability Utilize POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing, cash handling, and sales reconciliation Coordinate shift schedules, monitor labor costs, and analyze profit and loss reports to meet financial targets Ensure compliance with health regulations, food safety protocols, and sanitation standards across all areas of the restaurant Lead team training initiatives on food handling, culinary techniques, customer service skills, and managerial communication Experience Proven experience managing a quick service or fast food restaurant with a strong background in food industry operations Demonstrated supervisory experience in hospitality or restaurant management roles with team leadership responsibilities Familiarity with POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS for sales transactions and inventory management Experience in fine dining or casual dining environments with catering or banquet experience preferred Strong skills in managing budgets, conducting profit and loss analysis, and implementing cost control measures Background in food safety management, kitchen management, and culinary experience is highly desirable Excellent communication skills with the ability to train staff effectively and foster a collaborative team atmosphere Join us as a Restaurant Manager where your leadership will inspire excellence!
