Job Responsibilities:
Your primary responsibilities will include:
Guest Experience Management:
Ensure exceptional customer service and smooth operations during events, fostering a welcoming and professional environment for all guests.
Event Coordination:
Assist with the planning, setup, and execution of banquets, weddings, corporate events, and other large functions. As a Catering leader you will go on events and execute the event. Ensure that all event specifications are met to exceed client expectations.
Team Leadership:
Supervise and train front-of-house staff, including servers, bartenders, and banquet attendants, to ensure a high level of service. Lead by example, ensuring team members uphold company standards.
Front of House Operations:
Oversee day-to-day operations, including managing guest arrivals, reservations, seating arrangements, and maintaining cleanliness and organization of the front of house. Front of house also includes the bar, off site catering and on site banquet aspects of our organization.
Problem Resolution:
Handle any guest concerns or issues in a calm and professional manner, ensuring quick resolution and maintaining guest satisfaction. Collaboration with
Other Departments:
Work closely with the kitchen, bar, and event coordinators to ensure seamless event execution.
Inventory and Supply Management:
Ensure that necessary supplies and equipment are available and properly maintained for events and day-to-day operations.
Compliance and Safety:
Maintain a safe and secure environment by following all health and safety protocols and ensuring staff adherence to the same standards. The position will be 50% Front of House Duties and 50 Percent On and Off Site event leader.
Requirements:
5 Years previous experience in hospitality management or front-of-house/banquet services. Some supervisor / leadership experience preferred. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining a positive and professional attitude. Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays, depending on event schedules. Knowledge of event planning and coordination is a plus. Proficiency in using POS systems and other hospitality management software. A passion for providing exceptional service and creating lasting impressions for guests. Why Join Us?
