!! Responsibilities of the Restaurant Manager
  • A Restaurant Manager proactively manage operations including inventory, food and beverage management, labor, and security, as well as ensuring brand standards/policies & procedures are followed
  • A Restaurant Manager deliver superior guest services and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Restaurant Manager prepares reports for staff, food control, and sales
  • Restaurant Managers create and execute plans for department sales, profit and staff development Requirements of the Restaurant Manager
  • 2 years or more Restaurant Management Experience
  • Our Restaurant Managers have basic knowledge of HR responsibilities such as hiring, training and termination of employees
  • A restaurant manager must maintain the highest food quality and cleanliness standards
  • Our Restaurant Managers have a hands-on management style
  • Restaurant Manager's need to be passionate about the hospitality industry
  • Restaurant Managers should have a great Customer Focus
  • Restaurant Manager have good Food Production Skills
  • Our Restaurant Managers have a Current driver's license
