Food Services Manager

Overview We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Kitchen Manager to oversee daily kitchen operations, ensure food quality and safety, and manage kitchen staff. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with a passion for food and creativity. Duties

• Supervise and coordinate kitchen staff and food preparation activities
• Ensure food is prepared to quality, safety, and presentation standards
• Maintain inventory levels and place food/supply orders as needed
• Enforce sanitation and safety regulations
• Monitor food and labor costs, minimizing waste and maximizing efficiency
• Create or assist in developing menu items and specials
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety codes and regulations Requirements Proven experience in food service management or a similar role within a kitchen environment.

Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations. Experience with budgeting and cost control in a food service setting. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in all aspects of kitchen management.
