We are seeking a Leader who exhibits servant leadership. This is an excellent opportunity for a leader with at least 5 years of restaurant management experience that is willing to learn our company processes and culture.. The ideal candidate has great people and organizational skills. Experience as a Restaurant General Manager is expected with at least 3 years of multi-unit experience. We are not just looking for someone to run restaurants. We need someone who will lead a strong culture that attracts high quality employees and customers.

Qualifications:

• 5 + years of restaurant management experience
• 3 + years in a multi-unit leader role (preferred)
• A track record of providing exceptional customer service
• Ability to manage multiple projects at once using time management and organizational skills
• Ability to successfully train and coach a team being hands-on in operations
• Ability to identify inconsistencies in operations
• Good communication skills, strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
• Experience finding and building a team of employees with a people first culture
• Strong analytical/decision-making skills
• Ability to develop and implement systems
• Have FUN in a fast-paced food service environment!

Responsibilities :

• Oversee the operations of 6-8 restaurant locations
• Recruit, interview, and hire a team
• Successfully train and coach a team through a people-focused mindset
• Ensures food quality and 100% customer satisfaction
• Ensures a safe working environment for customers and the team
• Develop the team and provide paths for growth within the company
• Maintain company culture and staff morale
• Effectively lead with an ownership mentality within the guidelines of the company
• Identify problems in the day-to-day operations and ways to fix them
• Manage day-to-day operations while also working toward long-term business goals
• Daily communication across many teams (accounting, operations, people & culture)
• Establish and build community relations
• Creates value for our shareholders through leading efficient operations, appropriate cost controls, and profit management
• Understand key revenue drivers and identify possible improvements
