About Position:
As the General Manager, you're the driving force behind the entire restaurant operation—leading the Front of House (FOH), Back of House (BOH), training, finance, payroll, and employee development. You'll be responsible for hitting (and surpassing) key business goals, including revenue, profit, and cost control. From crafting strategic marketing plans to creating exceptional guest experiences, you'll set the tone for success and cultivate a thriving team culture. Job Responsibilities:
Lead with Vision & Strategy Develop and execute a dynamic restaurant business plan by analyzing market trends, understanding guest demands, and evaluating competitors. Drive financial performance by setting ambitious goals, tracking variances, and implementing smart, data-driven solutions. Own the Numbers Maximize revenue and profit by managing budgets, forecasts, and financial controls. Analyze P&L statements, identify areas for improvement, and take action to control costs and increase profitability. Elevate the Guest Experience Ensure every guest leaves with a memorable experience by maintaining the highest standards for food, beverage, and service. Proactively gather feedback and use it to inspire continuous improvement. Grow & Develop an All-Star Team Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team while fostering a positive, collaborative work environment. Set clear expectations, provide regular coaching, and celebrate team wins. Drive Sales & Community Engagement Boost business through creative marketing, promotions, and local outreach initiatives. Build relationships within the community and identify new opportunities to increase brand visibility and guest loyalty. Ensure Operational Excellence Oversee daily operations, ensuring compliance with safety, sanitation, and legal regulations. Job Requirements:
Proven Leader:
3+ years of successful restaurant general management experience leading teams of 50+ employees.
Business-Savvy:
Strong financial acumen with the ability to analyze P&Ls and implement cost-control measures.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a talent for building and developing teams.
Detail-Oriented:
