Front of House Manager Job Description Candidate will have restaurant and customer service management experience. We're looking for a creative, motivating professional who doesn't mind contributing to all aspects of the facility when necessary, but who won't be afraid to delegate. The job requires approximately 20-30 hours per week with nights and weekends.

Note:

This position can be combined with Server/Bartender Position for additional hours. Responsibilities include (but not limited to): Successful shift management Assist in monthly inventory Maintain a clean and organized work environment, following Health Code and OSHA standards Assist with set up and scheduling of Meetings and Events Run seamless floor during shift, talking to guests and ensuring 100% Guest Satisfaction Delegation of cleaning duties as needed Qualifications & Skills Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment Excellent written and oral communication skills Capable of conducting and assessing restaurant inventory Willing to work a flexible schedule Experience with delegating tasks and maintaining fast speed of service Required Licenses or Experience Bartenders License (Required) Benefits Health/Dental Insurance available Free Meals while working 401K Paid Vacation after 1 year of employment
