This is an opportunity for a proven hospitality leader who thrives in fast-paced, high-volume restaurants and knows how to lead large teams, build culture, and create an exceptional guest experience. What You'll Oversee Full restaurant and bar operations Hiring, training, and development for a team of 50+ employees FOH and BOH leadership teams High-volume sales and guest experience initiatives Labor management, scheduling, inventory, and P&L performance New store opening execution, staffing, and operational rollout What We're Looking For Current Restaurant General Manager experience Strong new restaurant opening background Experience leading teams of 50+ employees High-volume restaurant, nightlife, or upscale casual experience preferred Strong leadership presence with hands-on management style Proven success with recruiting, retention, and team development Ability to drive sales, control costs, and build a winning culture Compensation & Benefits Up to $120,000 base salary BIG performance bonus potential Full benefits package Career growth with an expanding hospitality group High-visibility leadership opportunity Ideal backgrounds include upscale casual, polished casual, chef-driven concepts, entertainment dining, sports bars, or high-energy hospitality groups. #EHS3
