We're opening a new store! Jersey Mike's Subs in New Richmond is opening this year and is looking for Grand Opening Management Candidates!

Job Requirements to apply:

Willing to train at Stillwater Location Management experience 1+ year (preferred but not required) Commit to a minimum of 1-2 years in current position Has reliable transportation Must have high school degree Must have great communication skills Must be a positive thinker and have fun What the job schedule would look like: 40-50 hours per week Must have open availability for hours of operations 7AM-9:30PM Responsibilities include: Supporting the management team in the execution of a best-in-class restaurant operation Coaching the staff to deliver amazing customer service Maintaining a clean and organized restaurant Helping with schedule writing, inventory and food orders Managing food and labor costs Build and develop a positive team Maintaining the Jersey Mike's culture Ongoing hands-on training with all team members and managers Full control of operations on a daily basis Maintain a positive attitude towards staff and guests Must be able to work behind the line, no clip board managers here Training Outline 8 weeks of new hire training 4 weeks Phase 1 Training of Operations 4 weeks Phase 3 Training of Management Tasks After 8 weeks of training is complete
