We expect you to maintain a high operational standard with your managers/staff so you can enjoy your personal time Closed all major holidays. 4th of July, Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve (close 4pm) Christmas Day (open 4pm) Free Meals Job Summary We're on the lookout for an energetic and experienced General Manager to lead our restaurant team. In this role, you'll be the driving force behind daily operations, ensuring our guests enjoy top-notch food, friendly service, and a vibrant atmosphere. If you're passionate about food management, team leadership, and creating memorable dining experiences, this is your chance to shine! Duties Oversee all restaurant operations, including staff management, customer service, and food quality control. Lead hiring, training, and development efforts to build a motivated and skilled team. Manage inventory control and food safety procedures to ensure smooth kitchen flow and compliance with health standards. Handle cash management, POS systems (including Aloha POS and Micros POS), and shift scheduling to optimize efficiency. Maintain a positive work environment by supervising staff performance and fostering teamwork. Ensure consistent delivery of excellent customer service by addressing guest concerns promptly. Support budgeting efforts and monitor financial performance to meet operational goals. Requirements Proven management experience in a quick service or fast food restaurant environment; casual dining or fine dining experience is a plus. Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety regulations. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS (we use toast); cash handling experience required. Experience supervising staff, conducting interviews, and training team members in food service management. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage shift operations effectively. Background in hospitality management or culinary experience preferred; hotel or catering experience is a bonus. Ability to handle multiple priorities while maintaining a positive attitude in a fast-paced setting.
