We're looking for a Kitchen Manager who leads from the front, thrives in a fast-paced scratch kitchen, and believes in doing things 'The Way It Should Be.' If you're passionate about developing people, driving results, and serving food you're proud of, we'd love to meet you. What You'll Do Lead all daily kitchen operations with a focus on food quality, safety, and consistency Coach, train, schedule, and develop Line Cooks, Prep Cooks, and Dishwashers Lead by example by working alongside your team during service Maintain food, labor, and operating costs while achieving financial goals Oversee inventory, ordering, receiving, storage, and product rotation Ensure recipe execution, portion control, presentation, and ticket times Maintain sanitation, cleanliness, and health department standards Build a positive, accountable culture centered around teamwork and growth What We're Looking For 2+ years of kitchen management experience in a full-service, high-volume restaurant Strong leadership and communication skills Passion for scratch cooking, quality, and guest satisfaction Experience managing labor, food costs, inventory, and scheduling Ability to recruit, train, mentor, and retain top talent Hands-on leader who isn't afraid to jump on the line Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed Why Milwaukee Burger Company?
