Aramark seeks a dedicated Food Service Manager to oversee dining operations at government facilities, ensuring high-quality food service and operational excellence aligning with our commitment to innovation and outstanding client service. This role is pivotal in leading a large team to deliver food services that meet both the needs of our clients and the rigorous standards of government operations. Manage daily operations of food service departments within government facilities. Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations. Implement and maintain quality control measures to align with Aramark's standards and client expectations. Plan and develop menus considering nutritional requirements, budget, and client satisfaction. Lead, recruit, train, and motivate staff to achieve excellence in service and performance. Monitor budget and financial management to control expenses and ensure profitability. Collaborate with government officials to ensure service meets the specific needs of facility operations. Handle procurement and inventory management to streamline operations and reduce waste. Strong leadership and people management skills Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations Ability to manage budgets and financial records Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in using food service management software Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certification Certified Food & Beverage Executive (CFBE) - preferred
