Position Overview An established Coach who demonstrates and lives the Johnsonville Way, engaging members to build their God-given talents to achieve business results. This position will leverage your leadership expertise and experiences in the areas of continuous improvement, project management, and building people to develop strategies and tactics that ensure successful execution and achieve the required results. This will be accomplished by asking rich questions that guide members to take ownership and utilize their talents to achieve their vision of the best company in the world.
Responsibilities Exemplify and advocate the Johnsonville Way every day by promoting and instilling a culture of personal learning and professional development of oneself, Team Leaders, and Members within the department or facility Accountable for member performance issues, annual reviews, performance development commitment (PDC's), and Member Engagement Survey Results Develop a culture where all members, practices, and systems are directed towards the pursuit of zero incidents in Health and Safety Lead continuous improvement programs around the facility master sanitation schedule, pest control program, best practices, environmental swabs, and pre-operational swab compliance to ensure compliance with USDA standards Develop, manage, and execute capital planning, budgeting, and strategic planning for the Sanitation area Lead innovation and continuous improvement initiatives within the critical end states (Safety, Quality, Productivity, and Customer Service) Develop and maintain a world-class hiring, training, and onboarding program for new and existing members to achieve a high performing Sanitation team Lead efforts to identify and implement metrics of success as it relates to our sanitation practices ; Education Bachelor's Degree required (experience and business knowledge will be considered for internal candidates) Experience Minimum of 4 years experience in a leadership/coaching role with proven expertise in developing Members to higher levels of responsibility required Minimum 2 years of experience in sanitation principles preferred Knowledge, experience, and successful execution in budgeting, capital planning, and productivity improvements preferred Prior Sanitation Leadership experience preferred Experience in the food industry is preferred Skills Commitment to personal growth as well as the proven ability to develop those around you to higher levels of responsibility Proven ability to motivate others and affect change, with the ability to "widen the circle of engagement" and ownership Success in the development of other's personal and professional competencies utilizing influential leadership Demonstrated success and experience in Lean Six Sigma and other continuous improvement disciplines Demonstrated drive and execution of business results
