Job Description

Raceway Bar & Grill is seeking an experienced and dependable Kitchen Manager to prepare for a smooth transition as our current Kitchen Manager retires in November. We're looking for someone who is organized, motivated, reliable, and confident leading a kitchen team.
Responsibilities include:
Managing daily kitchen operations Leading cooks and kitchen staff Keeping food quality consistent Overseeing inventory and ordering Maintaining food safety and cleanliness standards Scheduling and staff training Ideal candidate has: Kitchen management or lead cook experience Strong leadership skills Food safety knowledge Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced kitchen Competitive pay based on experience.
