Job Description

Raceway Bar & Grill is seeking an experienced and dependable Kitchen Manager to prepare for a smooth transition as our current Kitchen Manager gets ready to retire. We're looking for someone who is organized, motivated, reliable, and confident leading a kitchen team.

Responsibilities include:

Managing daily kitchen operations Creating specials, menu items Leading cooks and kitchen staff Keeping food quality consistent Overseeing inventory and ordering Maintaining food safety and cleanliness standards Scheduling and staff training Ideal candidate has: Kitchen management or lead cook experience Strong leadership skills Food safety knowledge Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced kitchen Competitive pay based on experience.
