Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dependable, organized, and proactive House Manager / Household Assistant to help maintain and support a busy household and multiple properties. This position will begin with hands-on household responsibilities and has the potential to grow. The ideal candidate is trustworthy, detail-oriented, self-motivated, comfortable around dogs, and enjoys creating clean, organized, and well-run spaces. Primary Responsibilities Routine cleaning and upkeep of a private residence Laundry, folding, and organization for household and commercial properties Changing bedding and maintaining guest-ready spaces Organizing closets, storage areas, supplies, and household systems Assisting with errands, shopping, and restocking supplies Monitoring property cleanliness and reporting maintenance needs Assisting with seasonal decorating, projects, and general household support Helping maintain organization across multiple properties Caring for and being comfortable around dogs, including letting dogs out, basic supervision, and maintaining pet areas Additional administrative or organizational tasks as the role develops Qualifications Previous housekeeping, hospitality, property management, or household assistant experience preferred Strong attention to detail and pride in cleanliness and organization Comfortable working independently and managing priorities Trustworthy, discreet, and dependable Must enjoy dogs and be comfortable around pets daily Ability to lift, carry, bend, and perform physical household tasks Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required Ideal Candidate Traits Self-starter who notices what needs to be done without constant direction Organized and efficient Positive attitude and strong work ethic Flexible and adaptable in a changing environment Interested in growing into a larger management/support role over time Compensation Competitive pay based on experience Flexible scheduling options may be available Long-term growth opportunity within a multi-property environment To Apply Please submit your resume along with a brief description of your experience, availability, and why you feel you would be a good fit for this position.
