We are searching for an energetic, detail oriented, reliable, and strong leader to become one of our Assistant Managers here at our Brookfield, WI location. This position offers a set base wage plus hourly tips. The ideal candidate will have open week day and Saturday availability. All Crumbl locations are closed on Sundays. Crumbl strives to deliver the best desserts and customer service to our guests day in and day out. Our mission at Crumbl is simply to bring together families and friends over a box of the most delicious cookies in the world!
Responsibilities:
Be able to multi-task and deliver stellar customer service Have a positive, upbeat attitude, and be willing to learn Able to teach and guide the Crumbl Crew to do the following : Read through and follow recipes Measuring and combining ingredients and using mixers, blenders, and other equipment to make cookies Decorating and displaying finished product Testing ingredients and finished goods to ensure that each item meets food safety and quality controls Greeting customers, answering questions, making recommendations, accepting orders and payment, and providing exceptional customer service Keeping records relating to deliveries, inventory, and production levels Taking client information and ensuring that deliveries are fulfilled accurately and on time Cleaning and restocking workstation and ensuring that all equipment is sanitized and prepared for the next shift Leading of crew members in executing daily plans and identifying ways to improve operational efficiencies. Reporting to the General Manager on daily operations and ensuring customer service and product quality. Tips are also a part of compensation
Requirements:
Legally eligible to work in the United States Must be over 18 years of age Have reliable transportation to and from location Flexible Scheduling, but looking for open Closing shift availability Must be able to complete full scheduled shifts Must be able to multitask Excellent communication skills Time management skills Must be able to stand for long periods of time (8+ hours) Ability to lift 50 lbs. Must have or be willing to obtain a Food Safety Handlers Certificate (•Not Funded by Crumble-$9.99 Cost•)
