As a Shift Manager, you'll play a key role in driving store performance, maintaining operational standards, coaching team members, and ensuring every guest receives outstanding service. What You'll Do Welcome every guest with friendly, energetic, and professional service Lead shifts and provide direction, coaching, and support to team members Prepare, bake, and serve Auntie Anne's products according to brand recipes and quality standards Ensure operational, food safety, and guest service standards are consistently met Consistently deliver accurate orders and a positive guest experience Operate registers and handle cash, payments, and transactions responsibly and accurately Assist with opening and closing procedures, cash accountability, and shift execution Monitor productivity and overall shift performance Address guest concerns professionally and resolve issues in a timely manner Support the training and development of new and existing team members Maintain a clean, stocked, organized, and food-safe environment throughout your shift Arrive on time, in proper uniform, and ready to work at the start of every scheduled shift Maintain reliable attendance and follow established call-out and scheduling procedures Plan ahead for transportation, traffic, and parking to ensure timely arrival Take ownership of assigned responsibilities and follow through with strong attention to detail Support teammates during busy periods and work collaboratively to achieve store goals Follow all food safety, sanitation, loss prevention, and operational procedures Demonstrate accountability, professionalism, and a positive attitude in every aspect of the job Help create a culture of teamwork, reliability, and respect Perks You'll Love Flexible scheduling with 20 to 40 hours per week Free on-duty shift meals plus employee discounts on Auntie Anne's favorites Paid training with ongoing coaching and development Advancement opportunities available; background check may be required for certain leadership roles Free uniforms Eligible benefits may include health insurance, life insurance, and a 401(k) plan Work with a supportive team in a fun, fast-paced environment What We're Looking For Must be 18 years of age or older Reliable transportation and consistent attendance Availability to work at least one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) each week Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Demonstrated commitment to punctuality, including arriving on time, prepared, and ready to begin work at the scheduled start of each shift Dependable attendance record with the ability to consistently meet scheduled shifts Ability to proactively communicate scheduling conflicts, emergencies, or absences in accordance with company policies Strong work ethic and commitment to being dependable, accountable, and team-oriented Ability to follow directions, procedures, and brand standards consistently TB clearance required (if applicable by location) 1+ years of food service, restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience preferred Previous leadership, keyholder, or shift management experience is a plus Ability to stand, bend, lift, and remain active throughout a shift Comfortable working in warm and cold environments, including around ovens, prep areas, and walk-in coolers Basic math skills and confidence using point-of-sale systems Ability to taste-test products as part of quality control processes Strong communication, teamwork, leadership, and guest service skills Food Handler Certification (current or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire) High school diploma or equivalent experience preferred Comfortable using smartphones, tablets, and store technology systems Demonstrates honesty, accountability, reliability, and a willingness to learn and grow Ready to Roll?
