Job Responsibilities:
Provides leadership and direction by: Managing standards of quality, service, safety, and profit Developing and implementing goals, policies, and objectives Overseeing all aspects of the operations under his/her direction Assisting in recruiting, interviewing, hiring and training of management and staff Carrying out all administrative functions pertaining to hiring, scheduling, payroll, performance reviews, coaching, counseling and discipline Overseeing managers, supervisors and employees under their direction Attending all meetings as required Conducting training seminars (Tips, food handling, etc.) Ensures guest satisfaction by: Assisting in the menu planning, analysis, and pricing Coordinating additional staff needs for special events and conference center business Inspecting outlet(s) and employees to ensure compliance with health, safety and state regulations Addressing guest feedback concerning outlets(s) service, presentation, quality of product and overall experience Creating and implementing promotions, animation and special events for the outlet(s) Maintains profitability by: Monitoring labor costs, cost of goods sold, and other costs. Contributing to the annual budget process and business plan Contributes to team effort by: Accomplishing related results as needed
Education:
High School Diploma or GED Preferred Experience:
