Job Description
The Role at a glance: We are looking to add an experienced, motivated assistant food service manager to our team. As an food service manager you will have the opportunity to assist with overseeing all operational functions for the account. Ideal candidate is a motivated supervisor with coffee bar experience looking to lead a small team in an upbeat, fun environment! What you'll be doing: Recruiting, training, and retaining a large staffing team, including food service workers, cashiers, baristas & cooks Ensuring that the operation delivers high quality food and friendly service. Ensuring that the business runs in a professional, efficient, and profitable manner. Demonstrating strong leadership and communication skills with all employees. What we're looking for:
Must-haves:
High school diploma or equivalent. At least two years' experience in a supervisory role. At least two years' foodservice experience. Proven track record of financial responsibility. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong customer service skills.
