Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Shift Manager to oversee our bar operations in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for hospitality, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service while maintaining efficient bar operations. This role requires a keen understanding of inventory control, budgeting, and food safety standards, particularly in fine dining and banquet settings. Responsibilities Lead and manage bar staff, ensuring high levels of customer service and hospitality. Oversee daily operations of the bar, including shift management and staff scheduling. Maintain inventory control by monitoring stock levels, ordering supplies, and conducting regular audits. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards. Develop and implement innovative drink menus that enhance the guest experience. Manage budgets effectively to maximize profitability while maintaining quality service. Train new staff on bar procedures, customer service expectations, and product knowledge. Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction. Requirements Proven leadership experience in a bar or restaurant setting. Strong shift management skills with the ability to multitask in a busy environment. Excellent hospitality skills with a focus on customer service. Knowledge of inventory control processes and budgeting practices. Experience in fine dining or banquet service is preferred. Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices. Previous experience in quick service fast food restaurants is a plus but not required. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
