Job Description
We are looking to hire a full time manager for the Cold Stone Creamery located in Fairbanks, Alaska. Pay starting at $21 with raises possible based on performance. Job includes tips, average tips are another $3-$4 an hour on top of base pay! - Offering top-notch customer service in a fun and fast-paced Quick Serve Restaurant (QSR) environment
- Hiring, managing and mentoring employees and weekly schedules
- Executing daily cash control procedures
- Make fresh Ice cream, cakes, cupcakes, cookie sandwiches, waffles etc
- Ordering/receiving product and supplies
- Maintaining adequate levels of prepared product
- Maintaining a safe, secure, clean, and organized store Benefits
