Job Description

Full-time, seasonal positions are available. Good customer service skills are essential, as this position will regularly be interacting with the public. 2 years experience in preparing, cooking and serving food is preferred.
Responsibilities include:
With direct involvement from the Food Service Supervisor, the kitchen lead performs the function of inventorying and ordering food and supplies. The kitchen lead in conjunction with the Food Service Supervisor and the Director of Base Operations will train, motivate, and discipline the food service staff. The food service lead maintains a high level of guest service and a menu with a variety of food offerings. Pay range for this position is $19.88 - $22.49 DOE and includes Employee Perks.
