Responsibilities Assist the management team in executing restaurant operations during scheduled shifts Deploy team members and delegate tasks with 100% integrity Ensure guest product and service standards are met Foster an environment of teamwork Deliver an exceptional guest and restaurant experience Execute quality restaurant operations Clean restaurant, small wares, merchandise, and physical plant as necessary Operate food preparation machinery Adhere to all food, safety, and security guidelines Operate cash register and handle cash transactions while adhering to cash handling policies Additional Requirements Computer skills including Microsoft software and register skills Ability to stand, bend, reach, and scoop throughout assigned shift Ability to be mobile in walk-in refrigerator and freezer with temperatures ranging from 40° F to -10° F Perks and Benefits FREE Food on days you work
