Food and Beverage Supervisor, Full-Time

Under direct supervision of the Food & Beverage (F&B) Director, the F&B Supervisor will monitor their assigned restaurant(s) ensuring swift, positive, and friendly guest service.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Oversee the food and beverage staff and the operations of assigned venues Consistently demonstrate superior customer service and act as a positive role model for all team members Convey positive energy and enthusiasm focusing on guest interactions Immediately address service issues and follow up to ensure guest satisfaction Direct the daily work activities of assigned personnel Properly schedule and assign stations while managing labor costs Maintain filing accuracy in daily logbook Maintain restaurant cleanliness Coach, counsel, discipline and train team members in accordance with company policies and procedures Assist with special and routine projects as necessary Maintain a professional demeanor and a positive working relationship with all team members Promote harmony and foster positive attitudes toward the company Inspire team members with clear direction and get them excited about being a part of the company Ensure that food is prepared and served according to the desired portions and quality specifications Ensure adherence to Board of Health standards Provide support for the Beverage department during the absence of the manager

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Must be at least 21 years of age High school diploma or GED Must possess a valid state driver's license Strong leadership, communication, and supervisory skills Ability to sit and stand for prolonged periods of time Fluency with Microsoft Office Experience with food and beverage point-of-sale inventory systems Willing and able to work irregular hours including nights, weekends, and holidays Able to work in sunny, hot, humid, cold and rainy conditions
