Operational Ensures the restaurant is completely set and ready at 10:45am, and those conditions remain the same all the way until we close Completes opening, daily and closing shift procedures/checklists in accordance with company policies/procedures including cash-drawer balancing Writing schedules, considering team member strengths and weaknesses along with business trends May assist with accurate weekly inventory Participate/lead pre-shift meetings with team, building engagement, knowledge and teamwork. Work Experience Requirements:

Minimum 6 months to 1 year restaurant experience required ServSafe Certification preferred Passion for tacos, tequila, and great service Be willing to work nights & weekends Dedication to health and safety standards outlined by Condado and the

Physical Requirements:

While performing the duties of this position, the team member is required to stand or walk for hours at a time up to 4-8 hours. Team members will continuously be performing hand and wrist work including grasping and bending and twisting but rarely fine hand manipulation. Team members will seldom kneel, squat or climb stairs. Team members will continuously lift or carry 0-35 pounds, occasionally lift or carry 36-50 pounds and rarely lift or carry over 50 pounds.
