Key Responsibilities:

Lead and motivate a team of car wash staff to achieve operational goals and deliver top-tier customer service while working to assist the goals of the General Manager. Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient workflows, high-quality standards, and a positive work environment. Delegate tasks, monitor performance, and provide coaching to enhance team productivity and morale. Maintain inventory, ensure compliance with company policies, and resolve operational challenges promptly. Foster strong customer relationships through effective communication and accountability. Collaborate with management to align team efforts with company objectives.

Qualifications:

1+ years of leadership experience (e.g., car wash, retail, or site management preferred). Strong interpersonal and communication skills to inspire trust and collaboration. Proven ability to prioritize, multitask, and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced setting. A business-oriented mindset with an understanding of operational efficiency is a plus. Proficiency with basic computer systems and POS equipment. Valid driver's license with reliable transportation Ability to remain on your feet for extended periods in various weather conditions

Open 7 days a week, 7:30 AM to 7:30 PM . Weekend and holiday shifts are required.
