Zest Culinary Services is looking for an experienced Food Service Director to lead our dining operation at Spring Hill College in Mobile, Alabama . This is an opportunity to bring your creativity, leadership, and food service experience to a college campus where great food and genuine hospitality are an important part of the student experience. And one of the best parts? This position follows the school calendar , with paid time off during Thanksgiving, Christmas and Spring Breaks, plus a more limited work schedule during the summer months. What You'll Do As Food Service Director, you will have overall responsibility for the success of the dining operation, including: Leading, developing, and motivating the food service team Overseeing menu planning, food production, purchasing, and inventory Managing budgets, food costs, labor, and P&L performance Planning and executing special events and campus dining experiences Building strong relationships with our client and the campus community Maintaining high standards for food quality, sanitation, safety, and service Bringing new ideas to the table and creating a dining program students enjoy Who We're Looking For Hospitality should be in your DNA.
