The ideal candidate will have experience in managing and leading a team of employees, possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and be able to handle any situation that may arise during their shift. The Shift Leader will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring that all employees are following safety protocols, and providing support and guidance to the team while working a line position. Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate activities of employees. Train and evaluate employees. Assign duties and responsibilities to employees. Monitor employee performance and provide feedback. Ensure that all safety protocols are followed. Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction. Maintain records of employee attendance and performance. Enforce company policies and procedures.
