Job Description

As the premier resort in the Shoals area, we are committed to creating unforgettable experiences for every guest. We are seeking a dependable and motivated Utility Supervisor to join our team. As a Utility Supervisor , you will oversee the daily operations of the stewarding department, ensuring kitchen and service areas remain clean, organized, and fully prepared for daily operations. This role is responsible for supervising utility associates, maintaining sanitation standards, and supporting the overall success of our food and beverage team.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership:
Supervise and support utility associates while providing direction and ensuring daily tasks are completed efficiently.
Maintain Cleanliness Standards:
Oversee the cleaning, washing, and proper storage of dishes, glassware, silverware, and kitchen equipment while maintaining sanitation standards.
Operations:
Monitor and maintain dish machines while ensuring all equipment is functioning properly throughout each shift.
Communication:
Work closely with kitchen and banquet teams to ensure all service items are clean, organized, and ready for use.
Ensure Safety & Organization:
Maintain clean work areas, manage waste disposal, and enforce safe work habits while following company procedures.
