Join our Food & Beverage - Outlets TEAM in this pivotal role, where you'll deliver outstanding Guest Services and ensure the seamless operation of our Outlet services. As a Food and Beverage Supervisor you will coordinate and inspire our outlet staff to deliver exceptional products and outstanding service to our restaurant and bar customers.

Essential Job Functions:

Deliver exceptional customer service by setting a positive example, promptly addressing guest requests, concerns, and complaints to ensure overall satisfaction Foster strong working relationships within Food & Beverage and other hotel departments Move throughout facility and kitchen areas to visually monitor and take action to ensure food quality and service standards are met Taste test food and beverage products for consistency. Ensure proper cleanliness, use, repair of all F&B equipment and closet/storage areas

Physical Demands:

Grasp, lift, carry or transport up to 40 pounds and to operate various food and beverage equipment Work most of the shift standing and moving about in the restaurants and kitchen areas

Qualifications:

Education:

High school diploma or its equivalent High school diploma or its equivalent

Experience :
