POSITION PROFILE
Assist the Food and Beverage Management team with the overall operation of outlets assigned delivering quality service, compliance of policies and procedures while meeting and exceeding the guest expectation. Assist with all administrative functions. Work closely with all outlet managers and personnel.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Assist with achieving food and beverage operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews. Assist in maximizing bar profitability by ensuring portion control; monitory accuracy of charges. Assist in maintaining a safe, secure, and healthy environment by following and enforcing sanitation standards and procedures; supervise the maintenance of food and beverage equipment to protect the assets, while securing revenues and complying with legal regulations and ensure quality service. Investigate, resolve, respond to guest needs, inquires, comments and/or problems to ensure a quality experience and enhance future sales prospects. Assist with updating the cash management system and compile, generate and prepare various reports to aid in the administration of the food and beverage department. Complete liquor requisitions and supply lists. Know and comply with state liquor laws, obtain Tips certification. Ensure established pars are maintained. Perform all side work duties according to side work schedules.
