This role is responsible for delivering an elevated, consistent member experience while driving financial performance, developing talent, and aligning all F&B services with the Club's standards, culture, and post-renovation vision. Responsibilities Lead all food and beverage operations in alignment with Club leadership and long-term strategic initiatives, including renovation transition and new facility activation Partner closely with the Assistant General Manager, Executive Chef, and department heads to ensure seamless integration of service and culinary programming Establish and execute service standards that reflect a premier private club experience Oversee staffing schedules, shift management, and training programs to cultivate a motivated team skilled in hospitality management, customer service, and culinary techniques. Monitor inventory levels, control costs, and optimize resource utilization across all food service outlets. Ensure exceptional customer experiences by maintaining high standards of service delivery and addressing guest feedback promptly. Collaborate with dietary departments or catering teams for special events or dietary accommodations to meet diverse client needs. Oversee daily operations across all outlets, ensuring consistency in service, quality, and presentation Maintain a visible leadership presence during peak service periods and major club events Ensure readiness and execution of high-volume events, tournaments, and seasonal programming Experience Proven management experience within the food industry, particularly in restaurant management or hospitality management roles. Supervising experience in a fast-paced environment that involves overseeing kitchen staff, servers, bartenders (including barista or coffee experience), and catering teams. Strong knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation standards, and dietary considerations such as banquet or catering requirements. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams, manage shifts effectively, and foster a positive work environment. Familiarity with restaurant operations including serving procedures, kitchen workflows, and customer service excellence. Experience managing budgets, controlling costs, and implementing operational improvements within the food service industry.
