Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and motivated Manager to lead daily restaurant operations, deliver exceptional customer service, and develop a high-performing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing staff, maintaining food quality and safety standards, controlling costs, and ensuring an outstanding guest experience. Responsibilities Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure efficient service. Recruit, train, coach, and evaluate team members. Create employee schedules and manage labor costs. Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed. Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and company standards. Handle customer concerns and resolve issues professionally. Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve business goals. Manage cash handling, deposits, and financial reporting. Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment. Qualifications Previous restaurant management experience preferred. Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Experience with scheduling, inventory management, and cash handling. Knowledge of food safety and health regulations. Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
