Our team creates a fast-paced, positive environment where guests feel welcome and team members feel proud of what they do.
We're looking for an 18+ Shift Lead who can help run great shifts, support the team, and keep the good vibes rolling. What You'll Do As a Shift Lead, you're the go-to person during your shift—keeping things running smoothly while making sure guests and team members have a great experience. Leadership & Team Support Lead by example with energy, positivity, and strong work ethic Support team members during busy shifts and help keep morale high Assign tasks, coach team members, and ensure everyone stays on track Help train new team members on standards and procedures Guest Experience Create a fun, welcoming environment for every guest Step in to handle guest questions or concerns with professionalism Make sure every order is accurate, consistent, and served with care Operations & Standards Open or close the shop when scheduled Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and brand standards Monitor product levels and communicate restocking needs Handle basic cash procedures and ensure accurate transactions What We're Looking For Must be 18 years or older Previous food service or customer service experience preferred Leadership experience is a plus—but not required if you're ready to grow Positive attitude and ability to stay calm under pressure Strong communication and teamwork skills Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays Ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment Why You'll Love Working Here A fun, upbeat work environment Opportunities to grow into higher leadership roles Flexible scheduling A team that supports each other Ice cream perks (of course)
