Job Description

Key Responsibilities Decor & Promotions:
Set a calendar for holiday décor changes; plan, prep, and install one week prior. Maintain a promo schedule. Replace old LTOs with new ones on the start date.
LTO Tests:
◦ Track with a spreadsheet (staff names, test assignments, completion). ◦ Hold brief check-ins to offer support.
Training & Hiring:
Assist with training/testing new baristas. Mentor and lead staff during shifts. Conduct first interviews when available.
Cleanliness & Food Safety:
Enforce all Food Safety rules. Ensure daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning systems are followed. Assign monthly chores.
Ordering:
Complete Seattle Favorites and other orders as needed. Help maintain accurate daily inventory and supply tracking.
Administration:
Close till with another employee on the manager's day off. Document incidents and training properly. Help update goal times and chore lists.
Operations:
Lead the team on shift and manage the stand one full day weekly (manager's day off). Handle challenges within scope (call-offs, outages, equipment issues). Take Tuesday night inventory. Input weekly order invoices. Monitor and reduce unnecessary Labor, COGS, and Waste while on shift. Requirements Maintain professionalism with staff and customers. Must be available on weekends. Cover for GM when needed. Work offset schedule from GM to ensure management coverage.

$13.50 - $18.50 per hour
