Responsibilities Supervise daily restaurant operations during assigned shifts, ensuring efficient workflow and excellent customer service Lead and motivate staff through effective team management, training, and performance feedback Oversee food preparation, cooking processes, and food safety compliance in accordance with health regulations Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing, cash handling, and transaction accuracy Control inventory levels, monitor stock rotation, and coordinate with suppliers to ensure product availability Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and ensure a positive dining experience Conduct shift briefings to communicate goals, safety procedures, and operational updates Skills Proven experience in quick service or fast food restaurant management with a strong background in food preparation and kitchen operations Familiarity with POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS for sales transactions and reporting Excellent leadership skills with experience supervising hospitality teams and managing staff training programs Strong understanding of food safety management, food handling procedures, and health regulations Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling, inventory control, and profit/loss analysis Effective communication skills for managerial tasks such as interviewing, staff coaching, and customer service interactions Knowledge of restaurant management practices including budgeting, food production, catering services, and shift management Join our team as a Shift Manager where your leadership will inspire excellence!
