Competitive benefits package I am currently recruiting on behalf of a leading golf brand for an experienced Food & Beverage Director to oversee the full F&B operation at a prestigious private golf property in Scottsdale. The Role The Food & Beverage Director will lead day-to-day F&B operations, ensuring an exceptional experience for members and guests while driving financial and operational performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all food & beverage operations, including restaurant, bar and event functions Lead, coach and develop the F&B team, with a strong focus on service standards Manage budgets, P&L, labor, inventory and cost controls Develop and implement operational and financial plans Build strong relationships with members, guests, vendors and internal teams Oversee private events and special functions Monitor guest satisfaction and identify opportunities to improve the overall F&B experience Ensure compliance with health, safety and company standards Ideal Candidate 3+ years of F&B management experience, preferably within a private club, golf club, resort or upscale hospitality environment Strong leadership and team-development skills Proven experience with budgeting, P&L and cost control Excellent communication and member/guest service skills Comfortable working in a high-volume, service-driven environment Strong understanding of current food & beverage trends and operations
