Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to enhance guest satisfaction. Collaborate with management to develop strategies for increasing sales and improving operational efficiency. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant environment in accordance with company standards. Experience Previous experience in a leadership role within the restaurant or hospitality industry is preferred. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with both staff and customers. Proven ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices is a plus.
