FOH & BOH
team performance, fostering a fun, positive, and accountable culture Train, coach, and onboard team members using Opus, LMS, and the 4-step training method Recognize and reward top performance; address gaps with timely coaching Execute daily operations, including checklists, line checks, opening/closing procedures, and cash handling Monitor and improve guest experience metrics (NPS, OSAT) Ensure compliance with food safety standards and local health regulations Uphold service standards by modeling exceptional hospitality every shift Manage labor, inventory, and food ordering to meet COGS targets and minimize lossWhat You Bring:
Prior Shift Leader or supervisory experience Completion (or ability to complete) Train-the-Trainer program within 90 days Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills High attention to detail with solid time management and organization Results-driven mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Flexible availability (nights, weekends, holidays) Ability to follow company standards and all regulatory requirements Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs in a high-temperature environment Why Smashburger?Better Benefits:
