You'll help set the tone for the day by leading Team Members, supporting restaurant operations, and making sure every guest receives the exceptional food, service, and hospitality Chick-fil-A is known for. What You'll Do As a Morning Shift Leader, you'll: Lead and support Team Members during daily operations Help create a positive, encouraging team environment Set the tone and expectations for the shift Train, coach, and develop new and existing Team Members Provide immediate and respectful responses to guest needs Help maintain high standards for food, service, cleanliness, and hospitality Lead shifts and serve as a key holder when assigned Assist with opening responsibilities Count drawers and complete applicable cash-management responsibilities Address Team Member performance and behavioral concerns appropriately Communicate clearly with Team Members and restaurant leadership What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who: Enjoys helping and developing others Communicates confidently and professionally Takes ownership and leads by example Stays positive and focused in a fast-paced environment Is dependable and has reliable transportation Provides excellent guest service Can give direction while maintaining a respectful, team-first approach Is ready to learn and grow as a leader Previous leadership, restaurant, or supervisory experience is preferred but not required.
